North Central Kansas | Russ I had an Aunt and Uncle twins born in 1919 on the homestead NW of my house. The Dr. came to the house and told them that neither would make it. They put them in the oven and used it as an incubator. They survived despite the Dr. My uncle died at around 8 or 9 due to diabetes. His sister lived to be 102.5. We have saved several premies over the years. Unfortunately you can put a lot of effort into them and have them die. | |
