| History rhymes, it doesn't repeat itself. The leverage didn't come in the 80s until values took a hit. Land has been strong. Don't know how much different it will look if values go down to 65%.... but it won't look better.
As for the comment that compared current time to 79-80, I think we're a little further down that line and I also think we aren't going to see the extreme to the cycle. | |
