Agree. But I have a management company that rents it for me and those are market rents……and that’s my point.
You are the owner and you could help give some folks a break.
Got a buddy with rentals, they originally had places priced 10-20% below market rate, couldn’t get several rented. Relisted at market rate and immediately filled vacancies.
Now Sounds like they are working with a veterans support group and placing tenants referred by them.
