Hennepin, IL | Yeah if a guy were to open his mouth before putting his brain in gear, what would come out would sound a lot like most in that thread. It doesnt matter what that guy charges, he could set his rates at 0 and his point would still stand. Market rents have gone up substantially. Dont know why its so hard for some to admit that maybe life isnt a cakewalk for everybody right now. | |
