I would prefer that. This place is awesome and they do a lot of business and they need to move things through. All family owned and operated.


Yep takes 1/3 more cooler space for them to hang. I understand why most butchers don't.

Couldn't believe the difference at first, but now I won't use anyone else.

Family owned and operated makes a huge difference.
