I stopped in at a meat shop an hour and a half away this weekend and it now offers home meat processing supplies including high temp bleu cheese. I was like a kid in a candy store! I've never seen so many different supplies in one store! They are a Mennonite family owned business so not sure if that's why they don't have a website but you can order by email or call for a catalogue. The price on the bleu cheese is $15.50 for 2.5 Lbs., $27.50 for 5 lbs.
