Daughter's boyfriend has been running some cows with me. He bought some huge Gelbviegh cross cows a year ago last fall. Sold the calves last fall. The calves were 50 pounds bigger than one from cows that weighed 300-400 less. Any wonder why we have the smallest cowherd in 75 years?
