Yeah an actual boar is something you don't want to eat unless its seasoned to the max in sausage.


The thing is, they packers sort out plenty of "boars" that aren't boars and the result is they basically steal a hog.     I was wondering if the cattle packers treated guys the same on anything the looked or acted at all like a bull.
