Lots of fond memories going to the city dump picking up old water heaters and cutting them in half to make troughs with dad over 30 years ago. Still using some of those today with these pigs.

We have three tin huts left from back then too. Just placed them out in the pasture with hot fence around to keep the sows in. The sows packed their own hut with grass hay a day or so before they farrow. One sow had her own hut, the other 2 shared and furrowed out the same night. It was definitely different, we always crated them up as a kid.
