Central WI | I purchased a new Chandler dry fertilizer spreader. It is coming with a Raven/ISO rate controller. I would like to pull this spreader with a JD 4640 tractor and have an Incommand 1200 display that is only ever used on the tile plow. I would like to put the Incommand display in the tractor and run the spreader through ISO to do variable rate prescriptions. I will also need to pull a GPS signal into the Incommand, I currently use an EZ-Guide 250 for the guidance in this tractor.
My question is: what harnessing will I need to have on hand to run this spreader when it arrives? Can the ISO run from the Incommand directly to spreader or does it need information from tractor? And can I get a cable to feed the GPS signal into the EZ-guide and Incommand at the same time? Or just forget about the 250 and use the Incommand for guidance too?
Hope that all makes sense. I've used ISO before with 2630 displays and newer tractors with a built in ISO plug on the back but not with Ag Leader. Have not used the Incommand for anything other than the tile plow either. Thanks for any help you can provide! | |
