We have been using glycine in our coffee in the morning and more recently been using it morning and evening. Has sweet taste but I found out doesn't raise blood sugar.
I'm not recommending it. Just what we do.
Have been using collagen for longer. And gelatin. I just consider them all food. Just in case we are not getting as much connective tissue in the meat we eat. As we have gotten older I don't figure we utilize some of those nutrients as effectively as when younger.
But I am very often wrong, so best to pay no attention to what I do.
