Subject: Difference between Boundary track and Auto path boundaries.

West Central Indiana
Last 2 seasons I have been planting corn with a 4640 display and have used the Boundary Track method for the first 2 passes around a field. Once I get those 2 headland passes done I switch to Straight track and finish the field with a track I have used for years.
Last spring I added a globe to my corn planter to generate Autopath lines. Only used the lines in the combine to harvest corn but loved it!
My salesman told me yesterday that this year I may want to use Autopath boundary when planting my headlands.
I’m struggling to understand the difference between Boundary track that I have used for 2 seasons vs. Autopath boundary. Anyone able to explain it so I can understand the difference?

Thanks.
