Right or wrong we combined some fats with some 1200s and a fat got hurt. Debated sending it to Equity but called butcher and they said tomorrow by 8am. Put a post on the FB for $5.50 with a 10 lb min for burger. Had 500 lbs sold in a couple hours. Probably too cheap but I was sure it'd get docked so whatever. This was a 1600 lb holstein. We're keeping the good cuts. The problem I have to deal with is getting together with everyone Monday when I pick it up.
