Fruita CO | I've told this story before, & probably here, but a guy I know was running a D9 on a landslide job on Douglas Pass, working with a State operator. Mike would poke a hole in his can of beans & set it up by the turbo for his last couple pushes before lunch...State guy decided that was cool, so he brought his beans next day, set it up there, but neglected to poke the hole...About the time he was ready to shut down, the can exploded, blew smokin' hot beans all over his face, burned the Hell out of him, & made a stinkin' mess out of the dozer....so, if you're gonna do that-relieve the pressure....;o) | |
