Jay mentions Guggisburg Cheese. They, along with Amish Classics @ Pearl Valley-all Amish cheese producers in Ohio-supply a white jalapeño infused “ Hot Pepper” cheese. It is far & away my favorite cheese. Great for sandwiches & general snacking. Land’O’Lakes hot pepper cheese is bland by comparison.
