Problem with the scale under the chute is that just the weigh bars cost more then the whole scale kit does for back further because due to the extra stress of cattle ramming around in the chute the lighter weigh bars will not stand up, at least from what I have been told.
Heavy duty tru-test bars are $3100 Canadian.
