Subject: Burgering a finished steer



Ludington/Manistee MI area
Been getting a lot of inquiries on burger. I got a bully looking finished steer. What would a person have to get per pound for burger to make it pencil with today’s prices? I have a slot at a butcher I’m comfortable with. Wife’s been hounding me to burger one but adamant I’m not doing it to go backwards.
