Id be more inclined to believe it's the preservatives they add to bread now. People that swear up and down that American bread and pasta makes them sick, then they say they go to Italy or wherever in Europe and the bread and pasta there doesn't affect their digestive system. Italy is a top importer of US hard red spring and durum wheat. So either the stomach problems are made up in their head or it's on the food processors end of the production chain.


Wait until they find out most of the flour in the high end fancy French and Italian brands come from the ND State Mill.
