says they process 200,000 a year there. 300 jobs in a town of 1300 people.
Kind of a neat story, plant is %100 employee owned, feel bad for the town..
I had never heard of that plant but apparently thats where a lot of "rougher" culls go, crippled/thin/poor
eta I read to fast and thought cowsncorn was asking about the Booker plant.
