Hennepin, IL | I dont remember exactly because Ive done a few things to make it better and each thing I've changed has helped, but changes the symptoms a bit. Plus its been a few months now. Im thinking both sides did it randomly, but the biggest issue was once in awhile it just wouldnt spread out at all after 2.5 wraps. Basically ledt the outside 6-12" unwrapped. It got to the point that almost always happened the first bale after I roaded it, then maybe randomly once every 20 bales or so. Kinda narrowed it down to sharpening the net knife which I know has never been done in 7500 bales. Last will be to address the grooves in the duckbill. Havent gotten a good answer if I can put the duckbill liner from a specialty crop in this one or not. If not, I might be cutting and welding. | |
