West Central Mn. Wilkins county | We will be making another couple hundred pounds of various kinds of sausage towards the end of the month. In the past, we have used a couple different kinds of high temp cheese to enhance the flavor. I have just recently been made aware of high temp blue cheese and would like to try five pounds. I haven’t found a source at a reasonable price. Can anyone in this group help? |
