Subject: Dry fertilizer on beans

North Carolina
If I could run 200# 9/23/30 4" deep between 7.5' twin rows on 30 " centers at planting, what would be your thoughts? I could also change that rate according to soil samples. I think I could get this done by putting hoppers on a Great Planes NT drill. I just feel like broad casting on top just is not getting it where we need it. This would keep row spacing a little narrower and fertilizer where it is needed. What are your thoughts? Thanks
