Hennepin, IL | Personally, I would use the Grower-Farm-Field structure and have it the same in SMS, 1200, and Integra. Name the fields the best and clearest you can in the PF. When you manually import the data from the PF into SMS, import it into a farm with a placeholder name like ALL or even a different grower. Then just spacially sort all the harvest maps into the fields in the main G-F-F structure. You'll need to have good frozen boundaries to do this, but once you have those set up, its a breeze. Anything else you do will be as much or more of a pain in the short term, and when you go to replace the PF with something newer, you'll want that same G-F-F structure for that display anyways. | |
