McCanna, ND | Personal opinion, if you can get by with 1.5 wraps, the bales aren’t dense at all. I have to run 3 wraps on my baler to keep hay from popping, bedding bales are 4 wraps, but my pressure is just shy of maxed out.
Dense bales are just more efficient/better in several aspects. If I need to use the grapple to tear them apart a bit in the hay ring so be it. | |
