I have been using a Salford ST-10 two bin dry fertilizer cart, pulled behind my Orthman 1tRIPr for a few years now.  It has a Meuller/Trimble ISO module on it that runs both bins and the Digi Star scales for both bins.  There are hydraulic motors, four for each bin,  on the meters so I have section control and rate control of those meters.  I don't think for this setup it has anything for a spinner.
I had looked at the Manual for the Montag and it looks very much like what I have.  I run this setup with an AgLeader Integra, it has worked well for me these last 3-5 seasons.
