+1 on the Bosch. We’ve had one for several years, I doubt if you can find one any quieter. Ours sits less than 6’ from our kitchen table, you can carry on a normal conversation sitting at the table with the dishwasher running. Old dishwasher, KitchenAid iirc, could be heard two rooms away.!Hasn’t needed any repairs since we bought it.
