Cheap land is the only one of those that amounts to enough $/bushel to really matter.     Land is where the $’s are, the rest amounts to a few pennies.  

We are our own worst enemy when it comes to land costs being out of control. 
Govt subsidies will never fix that problem, it only makes it worse.
