Yeah, that worked so great the last time it was tried we should definitely fo that again. ****
The best way to help is to get the govt out of subsidizing agriculture.
The single biggest problem is that farmers bid ALL of the money that they have available into land costs.
Govt subsidies are a large part of the problem.
