One of our sons is celiac. He gets bad with even the tiniest amounts - won't go near some areas of the grocery store even. My wife hasn't had flour in the house for years so that when he does come home for a visit, he can have a "safe place." My experience is not as severe, but I feel a whole lot better, as far as aches and pains, when I avoid it too. Our son says that the ideal foods for him seem to be beef and oranges. I've been telling people that the market for cattle has been getting much more inelastic for awhile - they are starting to believe me. The people who demand beef to eat include a lot of young people who used to think red meat was poison. And, these people have money to spend on eating whatever they want to eat.

I would add here my experience with headaches too. After a lifetime of experiencing migraine-like headaches, I finally figured out that they were due to over-active sinuses. A feedback loop would appear with the headache. In my reading, I saw where Ivermectin had a benefit of reducing inflammation. In the month and a half now that I have used some of it, I have had one headaches - when the dentist was filling a small cavity in a front tooth, and he got some novocaine up in my nose - or at least that is what it felt like. One headache in that amount of time is pretty unbelievable for me. I think it has also cleared up some persistent skin problems I've had. So, FWIW, just my experience. Still preliminary, but it sure seems like treating the inflammation solved a life-long problem.
