| Your correct MU1979, I remember Mark Wright bringing up the topic of carbon credits. He was trying to get into the business of handling them. At the time my first thoughts what a bunch of B.S. However today my portfolio is containing your three income streams. Only other way to purchase land it seems is to go into another business make your billions, then come back and invest into agriculture to be able to lose those back into the millions.
