Have some old chemical totes that had non toxic stuff in them, wanted to build some calf warmers out of them. Anyone done this before? Red heat lamp or milk crate heater? How do you get good air flow to make sure temp gets high enough? (100-120f?)

We have the premade blue dome type. It has two 1500 watt heaters meant for use in an RV or camper. The only air vent is a small 4 or 5 inch hole with adjustable louvers. It is otherwise just about completely sealed and it definitely gets them warm fast, they are usually more than ready to get out by the time you check on them again.
