I have had good results with an autogenous vaccine. To get it right it took 2 years of bacterial sampling. The vaccine uses solid dose technology so one sub-q injection (neck) yields both initial and booster immunization. I doubt myco is in it because my vet mentioned both bovis and bovoculi but no word on myco.
