NEMO | Personally, I'd skip the farm brand...what's the point in MO? If you're gonna brand, do a number. It sure is easier to see when you're sorting than an eartag. All that said, we number branded for a few years with a neighbor. It just was too much squeeze for the juice, we quit. We double tag everything now, and have blanks to replace lost ones every time through. If you haven't branded anything yet, there is a learning curve, and us MO farmers aren't out west cowboys...sadly | |
