Good point. When we had to replace our double wall oen my wife took one of her commercial steam table pans with her. before she would even talk to a salesperson first thing she would do would be to open the oven door & try putting the pan in. Her old ovens were 27", had to go to a 30" oven to get it to fit. Newer ovens have a lot more insulation in them. Luckily we were able to modify the wall cabinet to get the new oven to fit.
Anyone have experience with double oven ranges?
