Ladig silo unloaders are good. My sister had one that went 20 years with no problems. Maintenance (checking the oil in the gear box) is the most intense part of that.. I'm sure if they decided to use it next year it would work like a charm.

What type of problems are you having? I wish I had put one in my harvestor for high moisture shell corn instead of just going with the cheaper auger.
