NEMO | I dunno..and a lot of guys on here think I'm a prick, but that's at least half on you. With hfs especially, need a place to pen and get them latched on to Mom good. Like Mikado's cow with twins, if they get to nurse quick and get colostrum in them, it's almost off to the races after that. If Mom is too stupid to cooperate, you need the best bagged colostrum you can find. If the calf won't take a bottle, tube it. Just do whatever it takes...you have to decide to be relentless | |
