I have had for close to 10 years, always been around loud tractors, motorcycles and cars with open headers in my young days. Mine started after getting the two Shingrix vaccine shots for shingles, my doctor says no,but it started then. I have got uses to it, some days are better than others. I wish there was cure, I haven't found anyone yet that has one. Good Luck
