WCIL

Definitely have them check the guidance counselor's board.   BUT, do not expect the guidance counselor to track down your kid and spoon feed them.   Your kids are going to Ohio ST.... the counselor is dealing with kids with no homes,  abusive parents and drugs.   (I say this because I've had parents complain that the guidance counselor wan't chasing their kid down to hand them applications)
Check businesses you do business with:   Your bank,  the local coop,  the  "farm credit"electrical coop.    Check the Herbicide, and seed companies websites.   Your kids can make more money filling out scholarship  applications than working for $$$  the next few months.    Have the English teacher look over their  essays.   Once you get a good essay they can tweek it for different organizations.     Best of luck.
