You cannot move one shovel full of dirt until you are approved. Payment is after project is completed.


I did one bin loan through them, it was pretty easy. Then I was going to do a second loan but dragged my feet on the paperwork. A friend was doing some dozer work for me so while he was there I had him scrape off the top soil. Then to keep busy on another day we hauled the sand it. I knew the rules but thought I’d sneak by. That time they told me they were going to do a site inspection first. I knew I had jumped the gun so I just withdrew my application and paid cash that time.
