When I was at NDSU feedlot school a few weeks ago they had a buyer from Tyson speak. He briefly spoke about ribeyes being too big from larger cattle. Sounds like mostly they are getting yield grade 4 and a lot of them are going prime to the point they are getting packaged into choice boxes.
