| All the companies owned by First Brands are on the auction block. Champion is one of about twenty. It's making national news about twice a week. The founder of First Brands was arrested Thursday. Just a huge Ponzi scheme. Worked until it didn't.
I was shocked the founder, Patrick James, was still in the US to even arrest.
I still have several friends that work at Champion and several more friends that mow, work on their semis, do snow removal, etc. Gonna be a big hit to my area if the doors get chained shut.
Champion was the largest employer south of I70 in Illinois for many years.
