Pork bacon is 50% fat.
Beef bacon cooks very quickly.
Pork bacon from a store is 50% fat. Don’t compare locker beef to store bought pork.
Thick cut bacon from my own hogs processed at the local locker is maybe 25% fat. I make it in the air fryer and its good stuff. I usually make a couple pounds at a time and keep it in a box in the fridge to be eaten like jerky. There’s 12 slices in a pound so you actually can tell you’ve ate something by eating a piece.
