Casey IL. ( I -70 ) then south on rt.49 | I have 3 hay rings set out for the cows. I put out a bale in each ring as all 3 rings need it. My hay is a grass hay and most of it comes from the same place. But the cows will go to 1 bale and eat it all then go to the next. It seems like one bale taste better than the others. But they will just walk straight to the 1 they eat first. I have notice for years how they eat there hay. Just wondering if others notice there cows way of doing things. |
