I guess I should just buy a new wireless mouse as I doubt there is a fix. I've used this one with my laptop for years and its always been hard on batteries. A single AA battery and I doubt I get a month's use before the battery gets too weak to start the mouse. I turn it off whenever the laptop is not in use but does not seem to make a difference. Seems like not much more than a week since I put in the last new battery and it's light is already showing red instead of the green it shows with a new battery. Its a microsoft wireless 6000. |
