I do my own rental house repairs. Plumbers , electricians, and hvac usually charge a trip fee. Then it's usually between 100-200 an hour. On the other hand, the big landlords have the crackhead guys that get free rent and maybe $15 per hour. Most of my repairs are easy, and take 30 minutes or less. I also provide appliances, so that takes some of my time. I usually have some major remodel going on in a vacant house, so I work on that, and then it's not a big deal to go do some little fix at another house.
