Did you turn on the modem services (not 100% on the term) in the modem app? Is the VRS Daemon unlock needed if you are using a receiving device rather than direct into the display via WiFi connection?
On a related note, I may try X-fill premium on one display this year to see if that helps when our Verizon service gets overloaded by weekend visitors at nearby campgrounds.
