Seemed like he advocates for rate cuts and reducing Fed balance sheet.

Which would drive car loan interest rates down?
But would drive land loan interest rates up?

Which would further drive the 10yr-2yr yield upwards?

Which would make sense since it’s still kinda low and seems to have an uptrend


Or do I have that wrong?
