NE ND		Was at a crop insurance/markets/policy meeting yesterday and the policy presenter figured maybe (2) 25 basis cuts this year, (1) 25 basis cut in 27, and (1) 25 basis HIKE in 28. That was the current outlook anyways. Lots of time between them and now.
