I am unsure what this brown stain is. The brown has been in this marble top dresser for the 75 years I have been around it. Was refinished 40 years ago but was there long before that. Its a one in a lifetime type heirloom. I am sure it dates back to my great grandparents ancestors in Germany or other European clan.

Any first hand experience in getting this to look better?
