Apartments are 200 feet apart. If going to different building $25 for first 15 minutes.
There not mad, at least to me. I think they never had anyone try to do the work fast and effiicient.
Your right LEM and your right its the little 5 minute here, 5 minutes there. I could spend half my time giving bids and looking at jobs. But over the years have learned have to charge more for jobs so not going backwards.
At 60 this seems to be a simpler work. Always work to be done on rentals.
